The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mushahari P.Scacase No.87 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, the prosecution case is that some miscreants have snatched away motorcycle of the informant. FIR is lodged against unknown and later on name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the coaccused and apart from that he is accused in two other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him. He is in custody for six months but he has not been put on TIP, charge sheet has been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 15, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S.Case No.87 of 2019, with condition that he has to appear before the police station of his local area for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled. Let a copy of the order be communicated the Sr. S.P., Muzaffarpur for the needful.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
