The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada G.O. ( F) Case No. 298 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 2,9, 39, 44, 49 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of several parts of body of wild animal including dagger from the possession of one co-accused and petitioner worked as assistant with Co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion and the petitioner has no any criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2164 of 2019(4) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada G.O. ( F ) Case No. 298 of 2016/331 of 2016, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
