The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 20.520 litres of IMFL has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.08.2019.
