2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that initially the petitioner was appointed as Medical Officer on 22.01.1991 and stood retired on 31.08.2024 from the post of Medical Officer from the Primary Health Centre, Akauna, District- Patna. He further submits that in view of the letter no. 8649 dated 04.10.2012 under signature of the C.M.O., Patna the petitioner was transferred and posted at the Sub Divisional Hospital, Danapur, Patna and thereafter pursuant to the Memo No. 9528 dated 22.11.2012, he joined at Primary Health Centre,

Patna High Court CWJC No.488 of 2025(2) dt.21-01-2025 2/3 Akauna, Patna subsequently he was put on deputation at New Gardiner Road Hospital, Patna, thereafter vide memo no. 784 dated 04.02.2013, the petitioner has been again deputed at Government Hospital, Patna High Court, Patna. Thus, he served till his retirement at Government Hospital, Patna High Court, Patna on deputation. Learned counsel further submits that looking to the relevant rules the petitioner is entitled for conveyance allowance for the period wherein he was posted at Government Hospital, Patna High Court, Patna on deputation. For this, he has already made his representation before the respondent/ concerned authority vide Annexure 'P/3' dated 21.08.2024 but no decision has been taken by the respondent yet. Therefore, it is prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondent i.e. respondent no. 5 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a specific period fixed by this Court.

3. The above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned counsel for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by both the learned counsel, the petition is disposed of and respondent no. 5 is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.488 of 2025(2) dt.21-01-2025 3/3 dated 21.08.2024 (Annexure 'P/3') as early as possible probably within 90 days from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with relevant rules and laws and pass a reasoned order.
