To issuance of writ in nature of Certiorari or any appropriate writ/ Writ to set aside the vide memo No. 3871 dated 31.05.2024 passed by the Commandant of Bihar Home Guard, Patna in the appeal filed by the petitioner, whereby dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner along with two other filed against the District Order No. 18/24 passed by Senior District Commandant, H.G., Kaimur at Bhabua whereby the petitioner was dismissed from the post of Home Guard.
II. To set aside the District Order No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1113 of 2025(3) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 18/ 2024 passed by the Senior District Commandant, Bihar Home Guard, Kaimur at Bhabua, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Home Guard.
III. To pass any such other order/ order and direction to reinstate the service of Petitioner as home Guard."
2. Mr. Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant application, the same having become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
