In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 (G.R. No.2471 of 2019), registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Both the parties are close relatives. It has been alleged that the accused persons have assaulted the father-in-law of the informant by different weapons. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused injury by lathi. From the order of the Court below, it appears that both the parties are living in the same house and good relation has been restored between the parties.
