The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. Earlier similar issue was decided by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017 vide order dated 11.4.2018. In view of the decision dated 11.4.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017 the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017, similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner also.
