The contention raised on behalf of the applicant is that the co-accused, from whom the same quantity of Charas was recovered, has been granted bail vide order dated 29.10.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 63939 of 2018.

In view of the above, the applicant is also entitled to bail.

Let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on his furnishing the bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge III-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I-II, Patna, in connection with Pataliputra P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017, Special Case No. 168 of 2017.
