====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 30.05.2025, a scuffle took place between the husband of the informant and her father-in-law, due to the transfer of Rs. 5,000/-, upon which the petitioner shot him with a gun, resulting in his death after some time.

4. The petitioner appears to be the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since 31.05.2025.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84365 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 and there is specific and direct allegation against him, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, and the same is accordingly rejected.

6. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2025, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
