JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 283 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he received Rs.80 lakhs for distribution of pension under Social Security Scheme and thereafter he has not deposited the receipts. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to deposit the receipts.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this application has been disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on surrender he shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1539 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 released on bail till submission of charge sheet by the court below and in the meantime petitioner will produce all the receipts to the I.O., who will examine the same. However, in spite of the same if charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, he has to surrender and make prayer for regular bail. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
