JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad Rail P. S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R. there is allegation of snatching of a mobile phone by the petitioner while the informant was traveling in the Patna Hatia Express.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused on the basis of suspicion. He is in custody since 16.09.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

No.80575 of 2019(3) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail, Gaya in connection with Jehanabad Rail P. S. Case No. 66 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
