2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 28-03-2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No 6171 of 2015 (Annexure-1).

3. Petitioners' counsel submits that in terms of the order dated 28-03-2019 passed in the writ proceedings, the authorities have not taken a decision with respect to the petitioners' claim for relaxation.

4. Upon going through the order of this Court dated 28.03.2019, this Court finds that there is no positive direction which has to be enforced by way of instant contempt proceedings.

5. The contempt proceedings are dropped.
