In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Goraul (O.P. Kathara) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation has been made that from the sink of the toilet huge quantity of liquor has been recovered. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79003 of 2018(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 appropriate order on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
