JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite registering the regular case, bearing Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2015-16, the respondent authorities are reluctant in passing appropriate order for removal of encroachment from Road. Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2015-16 was filed in 2015 and we are in 2019, but till date the encroachment case has not come to its logical end.
