Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.142 of 2019 dt.28-01-2019 2/2 Date : 28-01-2019 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the official respondents not to allow respondent nos. 14 to 18 to realise rent from the tenants from the house constructed over Thana No. 59, Khata No. 124, 77 and 77, Plot Nos. 2107, 1847 and 1276/2205 situated at Mauza- Khoraitha, Block- Bikram.

Considering that the pleadings made in the writ petition are not only vague, but it is also difficult to comprehend the facts stated therein. Even otherwise, the kind of prayer made in the writ petition cannot be allowed as the question of right, title, possession and realisation of rent etc. cannot be decided in a summary proceeding in an extraordinary writ jurisdiction.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
