Counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the judgment passed in CWJC No. 7027 of 2015 dated 29.08.2018, submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the said judgment.

In order to maintain consistency, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision in CWJC No. 7027 of 2015. If it is found that the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25554 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 petitioner is similar to that of the petitioner of CWJC No. 7027/2015, the same benefit should be extended to the petitioner of this case also.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
