====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 28.8.2023 by which the service of petitioner is reverted back in the office of Respondent No.6 on the ground that Jamabandi has opened in the name of other person which the petitioner has no role for creation of illegal Jamabandi in the name of another person. The petitioner has made a written complaint against the Respondent No.4 for doing illegal work in Mutation before the Respondent No.1 and the Respondent No.4 doing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1262 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 Mutation work/creation of Jamabandi by private person who are working in place of the petitioner. The said order dated 28.8.2023 which has not been issued by dispatch register and other hand the petitioner was again posted an Election work in the office of Assistant Election Register Officer-cum- Deputy Collector, Land Reform Sadar Patna vide his order dated 30.8.2023 as contained in Memo No.1201. And the petitioner is working on the said post And/or any other appropriate writ/writs which the petitioner is entitled and further direct to Respondents not to send the service of the petitioner Bihar Electronic Development Corporation save and accept accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
