The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that now a sum of Rs.2,67, 433/- has been transferred in the account of the petitioner on the head of outstanding salary, which had not been paid earlier to the petitioner. It is further submitted that in future, there shall be no dereliction in discharge of duties, as far as the Circle Officer, Sandesh is concerned, and in case he defaults in making payment of due

Patna High Court CWJC No.937 of 2024(3) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 salary, the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara shall initiate disciplinary proceedings against the Circle Officer, Sandesh. 3.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedies as are available under the law, in case the above facts turn out to be incorrect. Liberty so sought is granted.
