2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For a direction to respondents concerns to stay the construction of the PCC road passing through the Raiyatee / Khatiyani land of

Patna High Court CWJC No.386 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 the petitioner.

(ii) For a direction to respondent concern to construct the road in question in accordance with the Govt. Map.

(iii) For a direction to respondents to not disturb the / encroach the land of the petitioner since same has not been acquired by the government authority for any purpose.

(iv) For a direction to respondents concern to protect the petitioner and her family from anti-social elements who are threatened the petitioner after her objection against the illegal construction of said road.

(v) For any other reliefs for which petitioner found entitled by this Hon'ble Court.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the government is constructing a road in his Raiyati land, which is opposed by the learned counsel for the State as well as PMC.

4. The petitioner may take the recourses of civil remedies available to him in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
