JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 A notice issued by the Sarpanch, Gram-Kachery Urlaha in the district of Purnea, asking the petitioner to produce the documents of land, has been challenged in the present writ application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proceeding before Sarpanch, in which the notice has been issued, is completely beyond jurisdiction.
On perusal of the notice, I find that the petitioner has only asked to produce his documents of land. Such
Patna High Court CWJC No.1025 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 communication needs no interference by this Court. This application has no merit, and is, accordingly, dismissed.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to take all such plea before any competent authority as have been taken in the present writ petition.
