JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 33 of 2015 disclosing offences under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 406, 34 of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As per complaint case on the basis of which, F.I.R. has been registered. There is allegation of demand of Rs.2 lakhs and for that, torturing the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. itself shows that the allegation is mainly on the mother of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84146 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 33 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
