2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with KMP (Kazi Mohammadpur) P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. The victim girl has accompanied the petitioner to Patna, Howrah and Chennai.

5. From the above, it appears that this is a case of elopement and the petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, East Muzaffarpur in connection with KMP (Kazi Mohammadpur) P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019.
