2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 269, 270, 271, 147, 148, 149, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant along with other police personnel, during pandemic of COVID-19, was on patrolling duty. He got an information that the accused persons, named in the FIR, were violating the guidelines of COVID-19 and when he protested, the accused persons started pelting stones on the police personnel.

He has submitted further that 14 accused persons, on the similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below itself.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra at Saran in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
