====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 120(B), and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8697 of 2023, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not yet been concluded, the case is still running for prosecution evidence and the petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2022.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84540 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 and the specific and direct allegations against him, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is accordingly rejected.

6. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2022, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of six months.
