2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 27(b)(ii), 27(d) and 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 2008 and Section 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 2960 liters of Phensedyl cough syrup has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2023.

4. Considering the huge recovery from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.

5. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial
