The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent No.3 and 4 to produce the order of settlement along with Parcha of settlement of the land of plot No. 473, situated in village Babria, Thana No. 46, Anchal- Paharpur, District - East Champaran. The petitioner seeks further direction to the respondents to make necessary correction in the revenue record of rights with regard to land of plot No. 473. On bare perusal of the relief sought for by the petitioner, I find that such relief cannot be granted in a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
