2. The present application has been filed for direction to the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to lodge the F.I.R. and arrest the accused persons.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the L.N.M.U P.S. Case No. 389 of 2023 was registered in which final form has been submitted. He further submits that the Protest Petition filed by the petitioner is also pending and the matter is pending for acceptance/cognizance on the final form.

4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of with direction

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.310 of 2024(4) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 to the Magistrate concerned to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order on the final form submitted by the Police.
