The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No.16 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, vide Mediator's report dated 10.05.2022. The terms of settlement agreed upon by them is attached therewith.

No.82628 of 2019(8) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No.16 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
