2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 354C, 506, 376, 379, 120B for the IPC and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62412 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 18.01.2024, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86472 of 2023(4) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 within next three months.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time, positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
