====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 29.10.2018 in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No. 89/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/ 341/ 354/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and when the petitioner came to know about such allegations, he had himself surrendered and is willing to face trial and co-operate in any further investigation as and when required.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and in view of the vague nature of allegations as has been levelled against the petitioner, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78444 of 2018(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No. 89/2016.
