2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1) & 118(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that one Gaurav Kumar has fired at the informant which hit in the right hand at the wrist of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner is not there in the FIR. When Gaurav was apprehended, he disclosed that this petitioner has supplied arms to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the no role is attributed to the petitioner. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 28.01.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 531 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Bhagalpur.
