JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the opposite party no.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 242(c) of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
There is allegation of demand of dowry and mental and physical cruelty against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84824 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is father-inlaw. He further submits that they are living separately. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.
