1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case no. 993 of 2023 registered under sections 307 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on receiving telephone call from Jagriti Kumari, he went in his vehicle where he picked up Jagriti Kumari and the petitioner herein. On way to dropping them near the Paras Hospital, it is stated that he was overtaken by another vehicle and the accused Mishal Ranjan Singh resorted to firing several rounds with his pistol. Both Jagriti Kumari and the petitioner got down from the car and went away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court it is submitted that no incriminating article has transpired against the petitioner in course of investigation. No overt act is alleged against this petitioner who is a lady and is in custody since 14.10.2023. She has no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, no overt act having been alleged against this petitioner who is a lady and is in custody since 14.10.2023 and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case no. 993 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Patna.
