No. 756 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Ram Ashis Tiwari & Anr.). Having regard to the agreement reached at between the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 16.08.2017 with a direction to the respondents to grant similar relief to the petitioners herein within a period of twelve weeks from today.
