1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this writ application is being filed against the order dated 11-03-2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner Purnea in Miscellaneous Anganbari Revision no. 30/2019 whereby and whereunder the case of the petitioner has been dismissed and it is further prayed for quashing the selection/appointment letter dated 20-03-2021 issued

Patna High Court CWJC No.1960 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 by respondent CDPO (Child Development Project Officer) Azamnagar whereby and whereunder respondent no. 9 has been appointed on the post of Anganbari Sevika and it is further prayed for a direction to the concerned respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner by terminating the appointment of said respondent no.-9 namely Sweety on the post of Anganbari Sevika at ward no.-3, Gram Panchayat Raj Devgaon, Block-Azamnagar, Dist.- Katihar (as the petitioner is fully eligible candidate for the said post)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
