2. The accused/petitioners are named in the FIR and apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.135 of 2021 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 308, 354, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is to assault the informant and other family members, where during the occurrence, they received injuries. The occurrence is alleged to be arising out of previous enmity/land dispute.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus and they were not participated in physical assault. While concluding argument, it is submitted that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 were found involved in three more criminal cases and petitioner no.2 was found involved in two more criminal cases and all such cases were lodged by informant and his family members on different counts, where reason behind the occurrence is the land dispute.
5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as the allegation against the petitioners appears very much general and omnibus qua physical assault accordingly, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.135
