At the instance of an accused of Matiyariya P.S.Case No. 36/2019, namely, Aftab Alam, raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner who, during course of interrogation, confessed that he alongwith Abudl Quadir of village Langra is engaged in sale/ purchase of the arms and has also disclosed that if raid is conducted at the present moment at the poultry farm of Abdul Quadir, arms would be recovered. The police party took them to Poultry farm of Md. Quadir where raid was conducted and in course of search from a box having attached with a Chauki, one country made loaded pistol alongwith four live cartridges have been seized. However, Md. No.79706 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 that there happens to be neither in the seizure list nor in the written report with regard to disclosure to the effect that at the pointing out of the petitioner recovery was made. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Sheikh Mubarak, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 370/2019.
