2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the concerned respondent Authorities for payment of salary of eighteen months including P.F. (Provident Fund) of twenty months with interest to him and also for fixation of pension.

3. Considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Education Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.704 of 2024(3) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 Saharsa (respondent no.6) along with the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today and the respondent no.6 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in light of the order dated 22.03.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 683 of 2024 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

5. Needless to state that the the the District Education Officer, Saharsa (respondent no.6) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
