The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kishanganj P.S. case No. 638 of 2018 registered under Section 406, 420, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR has been registered. The informant alleged that petitioner took Rs. 1,70,000/- from him for providing passport, visa and employment in Saudi Arab and other Islamic countries but when informant went to Dubai he found that he was granted Tourist visa for two months. The informant returned on 17.11.2018 and asked from the petitioner but the petitioner is said to have misbehaved and assaulted him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner has got

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 638 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
