The petitioner has renewed his application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Her application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55370 of 2017 on merits considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegation made in the FIR. Sensing that the Court is not going to accede to the prayer made by the petitioner, in midst of dictation of the order, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw this
