JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 08.05.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9889 of 2011, wherein this Court, after setting aside the punishment order of the authorities imposed on the petitioner, has remanded the matter back for holding a fresh enquiry.

2. Opposite party nos. 1 to 4 have filed a show cause, wherein it has been stated that fresh proceeding has been started by issuing show cause notice to the petitioner.

3. Under the circumstances, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has not been violated in any manner by the opposite parties.
