The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.1188 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of one motorcycle in front of the Saloon of the petitioner, apart from that there is confessional statement of the petitioner also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that it was seized from the road and the petitioner is in custody for more than three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.1188 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
