The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.288 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the alleged recovery of 45 liters of country-made liquor from behind the house of petitioner from bushes, the petitioner, who is in custody since 24.10.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.288 of 2019.
