2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 342, 302, 307, 324, 325, 323, 326, 120B, 504, 506 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner along with other co-accused were rejected vide order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48559 of 2022.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that "a direction was given to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months,

5. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

6. Hence, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months, positively, failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
