This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sanhaulla PS Case No. 135 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been arrested on 16.09.2018 on the confessional statement of the co-accused Ashok Sah. He further submits that co-accused Ashok Sah and Pintu Kumar have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaulla PS Case No. 135 of 2018.
