JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2024 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful violation of this Court's order dated 19.04.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 17583 of 2016. It is further submitted that the order dated 19.04.2018 has been complied by opposite parties and now, petitioner has no grievance against the opposite parties.
