Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 695 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of coaccused. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
