2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach before the respondent no. 4, the Regional Dy. Director, Munger

Patna High Court CWJC No.1489 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 Division, Munger for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
