The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification in the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64881 of 2024, thereby granted thirty days' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Tilauthu PS Case No. 17 of 2024, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that wife of petitioner no. 1 fell ill and due to family disturbance they were unable to furnish their bail bonds within the stipulated time.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 01.10.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64881 of 2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent and two weeks' further time is allowed to surrender in terms of the order dated 01.10.2024. 4.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
