The petitioner is accused in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 registered under Sections 385, 387, 325, 323and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Laxman Yadav, Amrensh Yadav and Saket Yadav having iron rod and pistol in their hand started to cause assault to the informant, Gautam Kumar. At that time, petitioner also came there and caused injury at his right leg. At that time, Laxman Yadav on the point of pistol gave threatening to give Rs.5,00,000/- as ransom other he will be killed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84731 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 allegation against the petitioner is to cause fracture injury at the right leg of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
